These terms govern your use of the Paizah website and the services provided by Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide digital growth services including website and landing page development, WhatsApp automation, digital marketing, growth consulting, AI business solutions and ecommerce. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines are agreed in your plan or engagement.

Plans and billing

• Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Tasks are delivered one at a time (two concurrently on the Scale plan) with a 48-hour average turnaround per task.
• You may pause or cancel a subscription in line with our refund policy. Custom retainers are governed by their own written scope.
• Advertising spend and third-party tools/subscriptions are billed separately and are your responsibility.

Payments

• Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Paizah.
• Prices on this website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices for international customers are confirmed in writing before the first payment.
• Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and no tax invoice is issued. If that changes, we will tell you in writing before it affects your billing.
• A receipt is emailed for every successful payment. If a payment fails but money leaves your account, it is returned by your bank or card issuer, usually within 5–7 working days.

Recurring subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date you first subscribed, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• Where you authorise a recurring mandate (UPI AutoPay, card standing instruction or e-NACH), Razorpay notifies you before each debit as required by the Reserve Bank of India, and you may cancel the mandate from that notification or from your bank or UPI app at any time.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@paizah.com or messaging +91 98954 22358. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for; we do not require notice periods and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
• We will give at least 30 days’ written notice before any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery is electronic and is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals and information needed to deliver the work, and that materials you provide do not infringe others' rights.

Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are yours to use. We retain rights to our underlying tools, methods and templates, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of liability

We deliver services professionally but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
