These terms govern your use of the Paizah website and the services provided by Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide digital growth services including website and landing page development, WhatsApp automation, digital marketing, growth consulting, AI business solutions and ecommerce. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines are agreed in your plan or engagement.

Plans and billing

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Tasks are delivered one at a time (two concurrently on the Scale plan) with a 48-hour average turnaround per task.
  • You may pause or cancel a subscription in line with our refund policy. Custom retainers are governed by their own written scope.
  • Advertising spend and third-party tools/subscriptions are billed separately and are your responsibility.

Payments

  • Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Paizah.
  • Prices on this website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices for international customers are confirmed in writing before the first payment.
  • Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited is registered for GST (GSTIN 32AAPCP2364Q1ZT). Prices exclude GST, and 18% GST is added for customers in India. A tax invoice is issued for every payment. Customers outside India are invoiced without GST as an export of services.
  • A receipt is emailed for every successful payment. If a payment fails but money leaves your account, it is returned by your bank or card issuer, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Recurring subscriptions and auto-renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date you first subscribed, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • Where you authorise a recurring mandate (UPI AutoPay, card standing instruction or e-NACH), Razorpay notifies you before each debit as required by the Reserve Bank of India, and you may cancel the mandate from that notification or from your bank or UPI app at any time.
  • You can cancel at any time by emailing support@paizah.com or messaging +91 98954 22358. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for; we do not require notice periods and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
  • We will give at least 30 days’ written notice before any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery is electronic and is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

WhatsApp AI products

  • Our fee pays for the AI and for running it: the model behind every answer, voice-note transcription, hosting, setup, tuning, monitoring and support. It does not include any charge made by Meta.
  • Every paying client runs on their own WhatsApp number and their own Meta Business account. Our shared WhatsApp number is for demonstrations and trials only.
  • Meta charges for WhatsApp messages and business-placed calls at its own published rates. Meta bills those charges to the payment method you add to your own Meta Business account. We do not resell, collect or mark up Meta’s charges, and we are not responsible for Meta’s prices or for changes Meta makes to them.
  • Each plan includes a stated number of replies a month. Replies beyond it are charged at the published rate for that plan.
  • You may pay monthly, or yearly in advance at the published annual price. All fees, including setup, are paid in advance.
  • Existing clients keep the price they signed at. Any later change to your price comes with the 30 days’ notice set out above.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals and information needed to deliver the work, and that materials you provide do not infringe others' rights.

Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are yours to use. We retain rights to our underlying tools, methods and templates, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of liability

We deliver services professionally but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
