Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the relationship to be fair and low-risk. This policy explains how cancellations, pauses and refunds work.

Subscriptions: pause or cancel anytime

• Plans are billed monthly. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• When you cancel, you keep access for the period you have already paid for, and we complete any task already in progress within that period.

Refunds

• Because plans deliver work throughout the month, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun in that cycle.
• If we have not started any work in a newly paid cycle and you cancel, contact us and we will consider a fair pro-rata refund.
• Advertising spend and third-party tool costs are paid to those platforms directly and are not refundable by us.
