This policy explains how Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited ("Paizah", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website or engage our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, email and message when you submit an enquiry or contact us.
- Usage data: standard analytics such as pages viewed and device/browser information, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide our services.
- To improve our website and understand how it is used.
- To send you information you have requested. We do not sell your personal data.
WhatsApp assistant
We operate an AI assistant on WhatsApp (+91 97469 99101) that answers questions about our services. We also build and operate similar assistants on behalf of client businesses, on their own WhatsApp numbers, as their service provider.
The assistant only responds to conversations that you start. We do not send promotional or unsolicited WhatsApp messages, and we do not import or message contact lists.
What we collect on WhatsApp
- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, provided to us by WhatsApp when you message us.
- The content of your messages and our replies, kept as a conversation history so the assistant can follow the thread and recognise you if you return.
- Enquiry details you choose to share, such as your name, email, business and what you are looking for.
Why we use it
- To answer your question, using information published on our website.
- To pass your enquiry to a member of our team when the assistant cannot help or you ask for a person.
- To keep a record of the conversation so we can serve you properly and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
To run the assistant we share your messages with these processors, and no one else:
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which delivers the messages.
- Anthropic (Claude), which generates the assistant's replies. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- Railway, which hosts the assistant, and Resend, which emails your enquiry to our team.
We do not sell your WhatsApp data, use it for advertising, or share it with any other business. Where we run an assistant for a client, the enquiries from that number belong to that client and go only to them.
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
We keep WhatsApp conversation history for up to 24 months from your last message, then delete it. Enquiries you send us are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations.
You can ask us to delete your WhatsApp data at any time. Message the assistant asking for deletion, or email support@paizah.com from any address, quoting the WhatsApp number you used. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. You may also ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to measure traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example form and analytics providers), and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Data retention and your rights
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
