Shipping & Delivery Policy

Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited sells software subscriptions and professional services. Nothing we sell is a physical product, so nothing is shipped. Everything is delivered electronically to the email address and accounts you give us when you buy. There are no delivery charges, and no courier is involved at any point.

When your subscription starts

• Access is created as soon as your payment is confirmed. For most products this is immediate, and always within one business day.
• You receive an email at the address used at checkout with your sign-in details, or a link to set your own password. If it has not arrived within one business day, email support@paizah.com and we will resend it.
• Some products need access to an account you own — a mailbox, an ads account, a website. Your subscription starts when we hand over those setup steps, not when that access is finally granted, because that part depends on your own administrator. We will always tell you exactly what is outstanding.

When a service engagement starts

• Websites, marketing retainers and consulting begin on the start date written into your scope document, which is agreed before any payment is taken.
• Deliverables are sent electronically — a link, a repository, a document or a live website — on the dates set out in that scope.

Geography

We serve customers in India and internationally. Because delivery is electronic, there is no region we cannot deliver to and no delivery time that depends on where you are. Indian customers are billed in rupees; international customers may be billed in their own currency, which is confirmed in writing before the first payment.

If something has not arrived

Email support@paizah.com or message +91 98954 22358. We reply within one business day, Monday to Saturday, 09:30–18:30 IST. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
